Don't forget that the Footsteps class is responsible for restocking the Bluff Park Food Pantry with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Donations are welcome at ANY time! Next time you are at the store, pick up these condiments to donate to those in need!

Come join the Footsteps class every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. for meaningful fellowship as we learn to walk with Christ!

Prayer Requests from May 24th

"We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethen, as is only fitting, because your faith is greatly enlarged, and the love of each one of you toward one another grows ever greater." 2 Thessalonians 1:3

• Memorial Day begins the summer traveling season. Please pray for those who are traveling throughout the summer, including Reed and Emily who left Sunday on a two week trip to Washington DC, New York, and Michigan. They are traveling the first week with the youth on choir tour, so pray for everyone to return home safely as they are sharing God's word through song.
• Megan has asked for prayers for co-workers who were recently laid off.
  
• We ask for continued prayers for all of those who are looking for employment.
• Janine had a co-worker who recently encountered a house fire. Thankfully, no one was injured, but there was some significant damage done to their home.
• Matt's co-worker who was injured on the job.
• Megan's aunt who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The cancer was caught early, so pray that her recovery and treatments are successful.
• David's CPA exam is this Friday! Go David!
• Friends of Jeremy and Brooke delivered a healthy baby girl on May 17th.
  

Prayer Requests from May 17th

• Drew Carlisle and all of those who are looking for a job. Drew also mentioned his concern for some of his neighbors whose jobs may be in jeopardy.
• Prayers for the economy to improve.
• David has a CPA audit test on May 29th. Good luck David!
• David's brother is spending two months doing mission work this summer. This will be his first time away from home and family for an extended period of time. Pray for him to have a positive, safe experience serving those in need.
• Brooke's grandmother who is still trying to adjust to her new home at a local assisted living facility. Please pray for the entire family, especially her Mom, as they are all trying to make her feel at home.
  
• Matt and Julie who are overcoming the sad news of a recent miscarriage at 12 weeks.
  
• A praise for Rachel's uncle who is battling leukemia. The treatments have been successful and the leukemia is gone!
• Todd and Janine recently welcomed a new nephew to the family!
• Todd and Janine are also celebrating the finding of a new home. With that comes moving and packing, so pray for everything to go as smooth as possible!
  
• Friends of Jeremy and Brooke who are awaiting the arrival of their baby girl. Also, friends who recently welcomed a healthy baby girl into the world on May 14th.
• Natalie Self is turning 2 on May 21st! Happy birthday Natalie!
  

Ushering 5/17

We hope everyone had a great week last week! Hopefully, you got to spend some quality time with your mom! This Sunday, our class will be ushering at the 11:00 service. We will be starting Sunday School at 9:45 since we'll be leaving at 10:30 to start our ushering duties. Can't wait to see everyone on Sunday!

Cookout!

We had another FABULOUS Sunday School social this past weekend! We had a cookout at the Gossett's and everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, the house was beautiful & the fellowship was even better! As you can see, our class has really been growing over the past year! Come join us as we continue to learn to walk with Christ!!
